B) A picture of how short-sighted Gen. David Petraeus was in his buy-'em-all-off road to "victory"
C) A view of how insane (and incompetent) the Iraqi government under Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has become
D) A view of how powerful, though dormant, the bought-off Sunnis have been
E) All of the above
